BalletMet’s Introduction to Ballet class offers students aged 4-6 years old a fun, nurturing environment to learn the basics of ballet! Our highly trained teachers encourage imagination, self- expression and group interaction while introducing basic ballet technique and music concepts. Our curriculum focuses on developing physical, social and cognitive skills through storytelling, creative problem-solving and body awareness.
