Comment(s): This class consists of standing low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper body work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and the SilverSneakers ball. Participants must be able to stand for at least 30 minutes. This class is included with Silver Sneaker memberships, all other participants must purchase Drop-In Fit Pass. Please see fees below:
