Lifestyles will teach them how to plan a budget, write a grocery list, complete basic household activities and enjoy communication skills with their peers. This class will meet each week at the Westland Area Library and will provide light refreshments. Lifestyle outline includes:
Week 1: How to create a budget
Week 2: Shopping – Grocery, clothes, household products and bills
Week 3: Job prep – Applications, Interview prep & communication skills
Week 4: Household responsibilities – household cleaning, small repairs & laundry
Week 5: Social media and general safety tips
Week 6: Community service, health and wellness
