Comment(s): Is a high-energy, cardio-intensive class that uses water resistance to give you maximum fitness benefits. This program is designed for the experienced water aerobics student who wants a more intense workout. This class will travel from the 3 ½ foot to the 6 foot and participants must feel comfortable in water over their head and be a proficient swimmer. All levels are welcomed.
