Comment(s): This adult-and-child class helps children start the process of unwinding before bedtime. They will be provided with poses, breathing techniques, and bedtime stories to help decompress for the evening. Kiddos can even come dressed in their PJs and bring their favorite stuffed animal! Geared toward ages 3-7, but all are welcome.
